So I am unusually sad today. I know this can be normal and I know it will pass. Just finished 9th week shot last friday...covered in nasty rash from incivek...4 weeks to go and finished incivek. This is my second Tx go..relapsed after Tx was stopped last time...THis time Trace detected at 4 weeks...just wondering how others are feeling and questioning how I can possibly go through this for 48 weeks...feeling like weeping, so I am...hope others are feeling better..

So two nights ago I got absolutely no sleep. I was angry over something and it was keeping me awake, also I had a song stuck in my head that was also part of the racing thoughts in my mind keeping me up. So yesterday I was operating like a zombie and the same song was still in my head. I've created a new anxiety for myself, "when will this song stop playing in my head" and it's driving me insane.

I cry at EVERYTHING! The song daddy's little girl came on and I was crying. Then another song came on and couldn't stop myself lol.

I checked out the video for that Linkin Park song on youtube. Great song, amazing video...the video especially puts our situation in perspective. Thanks for the suggestion. Music has definitley been a huge part of my recovery too. Take care.

hi i had a missed miscarriage 2 and half weeks ago. still feeling very sad and empty with no interest in anything also cannot face going back to work. was wondering if any one else had the same feelings at this stage.

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah When my cousin committed suicide and mentioned me in her note I played this song for her at her funeral (didn't do it justice!!!) and I remember how sad I was. WHile I sang I cried but I gave it my all and at the end I was exhausted and could barely move. I realize now though that I was trying to hide from RAW emotions and I've been numb for a while. I don't want to be numb and I am embracing the tears.

I'm wondering if anyone else has found that music has a way of helping you through the lowest parts of living with Chronic Pain? My husband played this song for me when I was at my most depressed about the thought of facing a life with chronic, daily pain...and the line that struck me the most was "if she can find daylight then she'll be alright....
