I played dj at my baby shower. rather than blaring my heavy metal and annoying my guests, I chose to stream some upbeat rock songs from my phone to a bluetooth speaker. that just played in the background and was more than sufficient to add good mood to the atmosphere.

Totally love getting back into it and i find it makes the tv go off more! I tried to find upbeat, positive songs that helped me push through the bad parts. In fact, still have headphones in now. Definately therapeutic!

So ive recently started crying over everything! Movies, Songs, Seeing family. . Everything lol. If I'm talking to my partner and he gives me good or bad news I break down into tears . I just can't control myself lol.

Have u girls heard songs that you can dedicate to your baby?...I was hearing some n thought I'd share some with you girls...whenever I'm having a bad day listening to these songs help me..makes me think of my future with my son who is due march 8th..here are a few ill post more as I hear them...

I notice baby moves around a lot if I put on a sermon of my pastor,then she also loves upbeat Disney songs, she balls up like she is going to sleep when I play twinkle twinkle little star or if I sing a soft song to her. Just figure out what she likes! She could just be like mom what are u doing?

Give her an iTunes if she likes music of het her songs with encouraging and upbeat music. She should get second opinion. Surgery is likely and she will be sore and uncomfortable and should move around so she won't get blood clots. Call and say you just want to say hello.

I made the mistake of putting marilyn manson in my head while detoxing....i was so freakin mad....big mistake. Dont psyche yourself out already. Do u have earbuds? Find upbeat, bouncey dance music, queen type anthem music....get out of this mindset somehow!!!!!

My biggest complaint now is finding energy to do things. Its almost like my mind is trying to go into sad depression mode. No time to be sad with 4 kids new place and so much that needs to be done that i couldnt while wds got the best of me the last week! IF I CAN DO THIS YOU CAN DO THIS. I don't know what songs he's singing but I like his songs too. This will be my first concert and I'm 19, its sad to say haha.

I said pop because I guess that's the closest to describe what we like. My DH made a couple mix CDs of songs for my 15 month old, who dances to EVERYTHING that makes noise, including the dish washer and clothes dryer. But, the music we have on his CD's are Cowboy Mouth, Guster, a couple christian praise/worship-type songs, some mardi-gras type music (we live in NOLA). Basically stuff that's fun, upbeat and fun to dance around to. My daughter-in-the-womb enjoys it too, I am sure.
