Yes it does. I dance quite a bit to 'hip hop' or really fast paced complicated songs. Just dancing for about 30 minutes made me loose about 160 calories.

I love all their songs but especially love one of their latest - Make a Memory.

So my 3 year old boy use to talk to my tummy and kiss it. He would sing songs to the baby. It was the cutest thing ever! But this week we found out the baby is a girl (of course he wanted a boy) and now he won't talk to the baby anymore. He doesn't want to talk about being a big brother anymore. How have some of you other moms helped first born kids get ready and be excited for baby number 2?
