I also have burning mouth syndrome And have gotten small canker sores but no sores like the herpes pictures that I have seen on the internet. I have gotten little red bumps around the tip of my tongue. What are some of the sores typically associated with herpes inside the mouth?

I will go to the GP and have this checked out as soon as possible but from looking at the pictures I have attached, what are the odd's that it could be cancer? I know that you cannot give a full diagnosis without an actual examination. By the way, I also can swallow fine, eat fine, there is no tongue pain and I don't have a sore throat and I have no red patches on my tongue.
I have hpv though ive never been properly diagnosed im almost positive thats what it is. I have these small red bumps throughout my tongue they dont go away they dont bleed or get worse but there all over my tongue and i noticed in the back of my tongue i have larger ones about four on both sides. Im about to go see a doctor this week, ive been waiting for my insurance to clear. Im concerned what are the symptoms of oral hpv, do i have them and if so what kind of treatment am i looking at.
After a couple of days two red spots appeared on the edge of my tongue on the border one on each side. It was dark red, a month later on the left side of my tongue a white flaky line appeared that seems to be flaky, and i can scrape it off. After brushing my teeth, and tongue it goes away. It shows up again the next morning. Is this some type of HIV?
t see anything in my throat, only on my tongue. I looked at the pictures of herpes and it seems really red and close together which isn't what I have. They seem like irritated taste buds. I can`t really find a picture that looks like what I have but i still have that burned feeling on my tongue after 3 and half day. I`m just worried that its an STD. Theres no white coating that isn`t usually there and its not thick. all of the bumps are spaced where it would seem like they are taste buds.
I also saw a couple of red bumps on top of tongue (deep) today. And there's a little white dot on front tongue (left). I am already going through a HIV scare (had unprotected vaginal sex 4 weeks back)! (Have rashes, muscle pain, sore throat and now this).
I would like to point out that I was not really aware of how my tongue looked like before the contact and never really bothered about the possibility of having any kind of diseases/bumps on the tongue. Therefore, there is no indication that the observations listed bellow were not present before the contact.
Day 1: Nothing to notice but didn't bothered checking at my tongue.
Day 2: My tongue got a little swollen/numb especially in the morning.
I looked in the back of my mouth and noticed on the soft palate just above the uvula a cluster of bumps. They are red/yellow in color. They are not painful and do not itch. I appeared to have a few new ones in the last three days since I first saw the bumps and felt the burning. I already had a pap done two weeks ago that came back clear. I tested clear of Chlymdia and Gonarreah (excuse the spelling) I also have a few very very thin skin bumps that look like skin tags under my tongue.
I have some red bumps on the back of my tongue an I don't know what they are. They don't hurt and they are grouped together. I noticed them a couple days ago and thought that I could have just burnt my tongue but not sure.
The color is normal (light pink) and it changes color from light pink to a darker pink then back to light pink again when I press on it or rub over it with my tongue. There is no red ring w/ yellow center, no warty looking sore, no ulceration, no pain, no red or white patches, no bleeding. Border doesn't looked raised, it feels soft.
I do have another bump on the inside corner of my mouth, but not on the lip line. Its a red bump, almost perfectly round and painless. I've had similar bumps that went away, so I dismissed it; though, now in conjunction with these other two concerns....I can't be too sure and would rather have an expert opinion.
Anyone might know what it is? Maybe you've seen it before?
That's just it though. This rash was my initial symptom. They started popping up out of nowhere. I didn't feel sick. I have a fever now, but it's after the bumps. I have a really large sore on my tongue now that is extremely painful, but my appetite isn't poor. I just can't eat with this thing on my tongue because it hurts too much.
The rash is on my hands, feet, in my mouth, the back of my thighs, and across my chest. Would this present in the additional two areas?
I've noticed small red bumps on my penis and am very concerned. I am sexually active but have been with the same girl for 4 months now. Shes pregnant and went and got checked for STDs or anything she could pass on to the child and she was negative for everything. I don't know if that means she hasn't contracted or it isn't an STD. Please help I'm very worried. The bumps are also painless and are very small in size. I have pictures to evaluate if possible.
