I had all the typical symptoms of menopause even though mine was surgical menopause. My ongoing problem is severe mood swings. About 5 years ago I found myself actually hysterical and didn't know what to do. I was to the point where I almost admitted myself to an Emergency Room for some kind of help. I asked my pulmonary doctor for something and he gave me something (I don't remember what) with the stipulation I see someone. I did.

I am wondering why I am loosing so much hair after my complete (my ovaries are out too)hysterectomy? I was on 1 mg of Estrace which was very helpful the first month or two.I felt so incredibly good. My hot flashes were gone completely, and my moods swings were stable.Then after about one and a half months my hot flashes and mood swings came back with a vengeance.Because I couldn't get in to see the Dr. for another 2 months I started taking 1 and 1/2 mg of Estrace for another month.

any advice? My husband is already freaked out with my mood swings (from 1st round of clomid/follistim/pregnyl)...My stomach is bloated...is this common? We have been trying to sustain a pregnancy for several years (3 miscarriages) and I can't seem to get pregnant again. I am 38 years old and the clock is ticking fast...AAAAGH! I am crying all the time, don't have much patience for anyone....Is this common? Thanks for reading....

It is definitely the provera I felt like that too :) I am right there with you! It will be a lot better when you start your af but it is going to be horrible and heavy. I am on cd 2 now after provera and I feel like I am bleeding to death! It will all be worth it in the end when we can all try again and have a chance!

awful cramping for me, but the first round was everything. The mood swings are the worst.

Thanks I mean my fiance is undstanding to he trys to help but sometimes my mood swings make me just want to be by myself especially if I get mad at something I don't know it scares me cause I try to think happy thoughts that my daughter will be here in just 10 weeks and stuff like that...

Yes. All of this is normal. My mood swings are random. I more so feel like I'm about to cry. When ppl have attitude or upset with me I just completely lose my patience.

With this being my 3rd pregnancy I'm fully aware of mood swings , but today I just want to punch my husband in the face! Everything he does is making me mad , I just don't want to be bothered with. He has talked to girls behind my back before and with being pregnant I'm flipping out 20x worse when his phone goes off! I just don't know what to do anymore.
