we started in july 08 - got pregnant first try - i got a bad yeast infection and then m/c at 6 wks. ever since then, just before every cycle i get the same symptoms - red, itchy and irritated - but it goes away when AF does.... and to make matters more frustrating - my cycle is now 40 days. used to be between 32-35.
any suggestions?
i culd use some advice i know i had a total hystrectomy 15 years ago and something should help i thnk i felt the best on the menest but i think it caused my yeast infection and all the burrning..
It can easily be confused with the discharge from a yeast infection. It may also become discolored and look like coffee grounds.

The capsule that contains the Prometrium may fall out after you place it. As long as it is in your vagina for 20 minutes, you will have received the dose you need. No additional dose is needed. If the capsule falls out before 20 minutes, you may re-insert it or put in a new capsule.
I had 2 miscarriages in the past and with this one i went on prometrium and baby aspirin although nothing was ever diagnosed either. i did not experience any bleeding as a side effect of the prometrium though. have you had a scan yet?
I had an IUI a few weeks ago and then started taking prometrium for ten days. I finished up last Wednesday so it has been 5 days. How long until I should expect my period after my last prometrium?

A few months later, my wife complains of a yeast infection. She goes to the doctor and they give her tests for yeast infections. They also give her a prescription for terconazole vaginal cream. She uses it and starts to feel better. All her symptoms (basically just irritation) go away. She calls the doctor and they tell her that the tests for yeast came back negative.

I did some research on this drug and one of side effects for this drug is Herpes. Is it possible this medicine could cause a false positive or a positive blood results for Herpes Type 2?

I went through an ovulation induction cycle and was put on prometrium (progesterone) to support a healthy lining. I am now 20 days past ovulation, no period, and three negative home pregnancy tests (it is now day 33 of my cycle and I am typically a 28 day cycle, like clockwork). I talked to the doctor today who told me to stop the prometrium and I should expect my period in 2-3 days.
Has any one taken Prometrium for abnormal bleeding? and if so did this medicine really works??.Thanks for any advice, it's very much appreciated.
I have had a migraine every day starting at around noon and lasting until I go to bed. I took prometrium prior to pregnancy for period induction which i took for 10 days and i would get a "withdrawl" migraine for a day or two. Have any of you ladies experienced this? I'm really getting sick of taking tylenol every 4 hours but my head throbs so bad i can't see straight if i don't. I called my doc today and of course he's out of the office.
