If all these are ruled out, then it can be due to acidity. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. Walking around also helps clear gas.

I have minor pain near my chest ride under my right shoulder. I don't really know how to describe it, it is not chest burn, but it feels like a slight tug? I feel it every time I laugh, raise my voice, or inhale very deeply.

Chest pain aggravated by laughing yawning, moving in certain directions, stretching and deep breathing goes more in favor of costochondritis, which causes pain and tenderness at points where your ribs attach to your breastbone. The inflammation around the joint area gives sharp pain on taking a breath. This can also cause tenderness on pressing the area which pains.
Low was 46, high was 128. Right after I got my holter results, I was sitting at dinner and had a horrible crushing chest pain while laughing. It was so bad, and so sudden that I went to the ER. They did blood testing and EKG's, all of which were normal. They diagnosed a pulled chest muscle. Ever since this incident 3 weeks ago, I have had terrible intermittent chest pain.
