Has anyone had any problems with the nuvaring since yhall neen on it... Can someone give me some information abt it... Thanks....
I had the Mirena IUD inserted September of 2011and removed mid October 2012 because it was slipping out of place. I spotted just a day or two with both insertion and removal. but absolutely nothing in between. I started Nuvaring the week after Mirena was removed (per docs orders). I was told my period would regulate its self within a few months. Well, here I am 10 months later after Mirena has been removed and I have yet to even see a spot of blood.
Finally down to double digits!! I'm so excited and hope time keeps flying by..
Hello everyone. Two days ago I was having sex, and had two situations which had made me a but anxious. I was having sex with another guy( we're both gay) where the condom kept moving, slipping, and he continue to adjust it. I was the bttm, so I got a bit paranoid. I dont think the condom slipped all the way scince the condom was on his penis when he pulled out. This happened twice. Where the condom keeps slipping.
/ landed on my hands and knees as well. I also fell in a parking lot walking in rain, landed right on my butt...
Im on the NuvaRing..and i never use to smell like fish but now that im using it i smell....can any one help me is this normal..??
I have noticed several very poor behaviors on my part. Let me give you the run down. 1st I gambled every dollar that I own, 70 bucks noone knew that I did this and yet I did the most dispicible thing. The next day I made up a story that someone stole it out of my handbag while at work and I increased the amount to 160 bucks. I didn't plan on this lie and had no reason to tell it and yet it flowed out as smooth as honey.
Why is my period on again after inserting the nuvaring?? I thought it was suppose to stop when u insert it in the vigina and your period comes on after taking it out... I'm confused why is my period on again while my nuvaring is inserted??
We had sex on Sunday before I was due to put my nuvaring in that day and all was normal. Sunday night, I inserted my nuvaring and starting monday I have had the worst vagina odor ever. I smelled it Monday, washed it and went on my way but it doesn't go away. It is not a fishy smell, it is a foul rotten smell. My boyfriend and I were having sex last night and he smelled it and asked me about it.
Hi Lisa, OK have just done a little reaserch, and yes Nuvaring could be the reason for your ongoing cramps or cramping, if you google Nuvaring bad cramping 2 years, you will find your not the only one, and if you go down somebody is doing a survey on Nuvaring, so you can add to it if you fill that way.

So when my boyfriend and I have sex it hurts. At first it hurt just in certian positions, now it hurts all the time. It's a burning/stinging sort of hurt and I was wondering if the NuvaRing caused a rash in my vagina. I've been using the NuvaRing for about 8 months now so I don't know why I'd be having a reaction to it now..
t been on the birth control since i took it out on 11/16/10 last night 12/8/10 I went to use the bathroom when I looked down their was brownish looking blood in my panties not when i wipe myself its only been 14 days since my last period my friend said I could be pregnant.
I was due to take my nuvaring out on the 25th Nov 2011, so i did so. ((we have regular unprotected sex while on nuvaring)). My partner and I, same one, again had unprotected sex on the 27th Nov 2011 while nuvaring was NOT in place since i took it out on 25 Nov 2011. After the encounter, i peed like i normally do.
i started Nuvaring 3 weeks ago yesterday when i was supposed to ive had sex w/o protection quite a few times since. I was supposed to start my period yesterday Im NEVER late early if anything I took a pregnancy test last night and it came back negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant and that its just not showing up positive yet?
I've had the nuvaring for a few months now. Ever since I started using it I've had one UTI, and a kidney infection that was so severe I was hospitalized with a fever of 104. I don't remove my nuvaring to have a period (my doctor said it was completely fine to take out the old one and insert a new one to prevent period.) I take it out usually before sex and wash my hands and rinse the ring off before re-inserting it.
started nuva ring for the first time 2 weeks ago . I always no matter what use a condom but the condom broke . I went to the bathroom and though I have Nuva ring in, it's like my period has started where I have blood but it's not a heavy like a regular period it's more like a watered down blood . is this normal ? what are the chances if me getting pregnant ? should I go get a plan b pill ?
My periods have been very heavy with the past one lasting two weeks with large tissue discharge. It just ended Sunday after beginning one week before removing Nuvaring and only ending once Nuvaring was reinserted. It is so irregular that I could bleed any time of the month at any intensity for any period of time. This past one was so bad that I had to sleep with a heating pad nightly. What could this mean?
I had unprotected sex today. I recently started on Nuvaring and was told I needed 7 days for it to become effective. Today is the 7th day. Should I take a Plan B just in case?
