10973934 tn?1414701423 Just check with your doctor I've been on this donut thing forever!!
Avatar f tn What kind of yogurts you Mommy's To Be eat right now during your pregnancy? I always get Yoplait, but this time I got the Yoplait Greek Yogurt, but there's this website online it's made from feta cheese & can cause listeria infection. Idk if it's true. I always check my yogurts if their pasteurized & mine was. Idk if it's something I should be concerned? But any good yogurt suggestions you girls recommend me?
Avatar f tn I eat no fat greek yoghurt every week. I've never heard that you can't.
167426 tn?1254086235 Not sure where you heard Yoplait Yogurt is directly related to breast cancer but here Yoplait is very much involved in funding to the Breast Cancer Associate. I copied some of the info directly from their site and the BCA site. Thought you might find this interesting... We've always thought of Yoplait® as an important piece of a happier, healthier life.
Avatar f tn I have just been eating yogurt and drinking almond milk. I don't think yogurt is bad as long as it is pasturized. I eat the yoplait whips and they seem fine.
Avatar f tn I was wondering at what to put the nutritional value of food over the amount of calories they contain. For example, I regulate my calories fairly closely and usually am always well under the daily recommended amount, but there are some days that I feel like I am hungry all day. As a general rule, I enjoy eating raw mixed nuts as a snack, but they tend to be high in calories.

470885 tn?1326329037 First of all, I apologize if this seems like a silly question - my oldest son (now 4 years old) didn't have yogurt until he was well over a year old. I've been thinking about how to add variety (and extra good fats) to my younger son (8 months nearly 9 months old)'s diet due to the fact that he's a bit on the small side and slow to gain weight - but healthy - and I thought that maybe I could start giving him a bit of yogurt now and then.
3203287 tn?1346456634 Hi that is a pretty decent link. It has all the cheeses on it an you can just arrow down. The problem with a lot off "Apps" is that you have to enter the food and the nutritional value appears. That is no real help when you are on week 9 or so and you are the only person in the grocery store's yogurt section screaming, "Where's the fat!
Avatar f tn If you eat brand name food its easy because you can search for that food name, like yoplait strawberry yogurt. Its just in the system. For foods you make however you need to take more time to be as exact as you can, depending how much you care. Exercising I assume is just an estimate of what you would burn.
6934157 tn?1387157656 m in love with yoplait peach yogurt. Pickles. Any cold fruit. Cajun boiled peanuts. And Bahama mama Pickled sausages, good and spicy. Haha! My boyfriend will go to the store anytime I ask him. He is so good to me.
Avatar m tn As long as he is steadily growing, no matter how slowly, is what matters. Try feeding him food of high nutritional value so he gets as much protein and calories as he needs. For example, having a protein source each meal --- meat / fish or cheese or yogurt; with a carbohydrate --- bread, pasta, rice, cereal; and a fat ---- pat of butter or mayonnaise if you made a sandwich. Good protein sources are meats, chicken, fish, beef, pork, etc.
Avatar f tn That's a starvation diet that has no nutritional value whatsoever. It makes no sense and I'd never condone it.
Avatar f tn Try yoplait yogurt it fights off the bacteria in your stomach.
Avatar f tn It's almost Monday. Try to relax take a nap. Drink extra water. Maybe drink some cranberry juice, I know it's not a UTI, but it may help. Yogurt will really help and yes avoid yoplait yogurt it's full of sugars, get some Fage or Oikios Greek yogurt, or another Greek yogurt of that nature it's just better for you.
Avatar n tn I could never stand the taste of lactaid. It actually made me puke. Or almond milk. I had about a year when I was a kid where I was lactose intolerant. It was terrible.
Avatar m tn I never dieted and lost around 70 lbs. I knew that in order for me to do this for life (did relapse and gained back 33 lbs, now within 9 lbs of goal once again!), I had to do something that would work for me. That being said, I should be quick to add that I had no MAJOR health problems and I had tried many diet plans (WW, Jenny Craig, Atkins, cabbage soup diet, you name it!!!). Guess what? ALL OF THEM WORKED! Yep. For a time. But I always gained back my lost weight and maybe more.
Avatar f tn re safe to drink things like 100% juice, water, milk, things with nutritional value try to avoid things like soda, fruit drinks things that are mostly sugar because they are just empty calories, they are ok to have in moderation but limit caffeine intake to 300mg or less and avoid drinks loaded with sugar, juice and water are a healthy safe bet and milk if you like it
Avatar n tn You need to get calories from nutritious foods! Add small meals or large snacks in-between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat appetizers and desserts, too, when you can. Don't fill up on liquids, especially those with few or no calories. Drink after you've eaten. Drink 100 percent fruit juice, which offers calories and nutritional value, rather than sugary sodas or sports drinks. Replace a serving or two of whole fruit with fruit juice, as it contains many more calories.
Avatar f tn My ob and nurses for Monday morning inducement told new no food after 12p m Sunday night! But I don't know if I can do that would it hurt to just eat a yoplait yogurt before I check in?
Avatar n tn Juice covers a lot -- virtually anything can be juiced if you're doing this yourself. Fruit juices contain a lot of sugar, but can also be powerful antioxidants, but vegetable juices can be very valuable. Wheatgrass juice is great. So this depends on what you mean by nutritional juices. Most important, avoid anything that's not organic. When you juice anything, you use a lot of it, and that enhances the amount of harmful chemicals that exist on whatever you're juicing.
Avatar f tn salmon, chicken breasts, extra-lean ground turkey, extra-lean ground beef, turkey or chicken sausage, lean beef , tuna, cod, shrimp, tofu. SNACKS: Nuts and seeds, roasted edamame beans, protein bars (pick bars with at least 10 grams of protein and no more than 30 grams of carbs), protein shakes. I like whey protein concentrate Whey protein concentrate, NOT protein isolates Protein isolates are proteins stripped away from their nutritional cofactors.
579258 tn?1250649343 I was not really that hungry so I had a Yoplait yogurt and cottage cheese. A little while later I had an apple! It was healthy but not very filling.
