I daily eat Cheerios, acidophilus milk, small glass of juice,
whole wheat bread, and a salad. I also get enough to eat in general, and have eggs three times a week. Once in a while you should throw in a fresh fruit or raw carrot as a snack, and eat a dark green vegie with meals, and that will also provide more fiber. But plenty of water is indeed the key to good digestion, as is regular exercise and a variety of whole foods.
