Avatar n tn I have had a problem with hives all over my body for a month or more now. My hands start to itch first, then the bottom of my feet, then my scalp even the inside of my mouth itches sometimes. I'm a hairdresser and suspect it could be the chemicals and shampoos and products. Or could this be a food allergy? I take a wonderful antihistamine called xyzal. It works really well but when it wears off I'm in trouble.

From what I can tell it's simply Tylenol, Caffeine, Codeine and a sedating antihistamine similar to Benadryl. Just by looking at the profile, I'm assuming it's prescribed for tension headaches? If you're trying to conceive, you may want to just try not using it for a while.

Avatar f tn Taking diazepam with a sedating antihistamine can cause increased sedation, dizziness, and confusion. It was difficult to find what interacts with the Kanna. I would just use caution because it too can make you sedated. It is ok to take the valerian if you do not take the diazepam (again, only when going to sleep because it is sedating). Just be sure not to take the valerian and diazepam together. They are believed to work in a similar way in the brain.
