There are a lot of concerns in this post. You should really talk to someone.. but no being choked will not cause a miscarriage but the stress to you is really not good.

I rang 111 and a dr called me back she said it could be implantation or break through bleed? But arrowe said a miscarriage? So im very confused i would be 5 weeks 3 days so how long do you bleed with a miscarriage? Or could it be breakthrough bleed any answers please thank you!!
I really doubt that your therapists are referring you because your recollections are difficult to hear - take them at their word, because they know their areas of expertise and I do believe they just want you to be able to talk to someone who can really help you. Believe me, if they were incapable of hearing difficult recollections, they would be doing a different job entirely. :) Take care and keep doing everything you can to help yourself; you certainly deserve it.

I think i may be having a miscarriage. I havent told my mom yet because i'm only 17. I have a doctors appointment monday that she does not know about but, about two days ago i started bleeding it started like a period but its extremly heavy and there are alot of small clots I had been having bad cramping but none in a few day. More than likely the doctor will help you taper and/help you figure the best way to go. This will help you and the baby and keep everyone healthy. You have to tell the doctor. They have seen and heard it all. Tell them the truth...how much, why, etc. If they discover your drug use and you do not have the doctor behind you helping you it could be tough. Getting the to work with you will keep child services much happier. Please call the doctor office monday and try to get in this week.
