Hey guys, need some advice! I've been on isotretinoin (skin tablet) 2 months before my pregnancy and a week during. You CANNOT take this tablet if you are planning a pregnancy or are pregnant as it's extremely harmful to the unborn child. It creates an extremely high risk of miscarriage, still births, disabilities and difiguration. I am only 4weeks 3 days pregnant and my doctor is advising me to terminate the pregnancy. Its not 100% sure my baby will be healthy!

Hi ladies, just wanted to tell you guys that I had a miscarriage on Saturday.

I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. I have no children, but had 1 miscarriage last year. I am still charting my temps. I know I shouldnt because the fluctuations cause miscarriage scares. I have my first appt in a few days, so I will be % weeks then. So can someone please look at my chart and honestly tell me if it looks like miscarriage is near? My husband and I have 2 living sons (ages 3 and 2). We suffered our first miscarriage on April 11, 2011 at 15w2d (baby only measured 11w2d). I had a D&C the next day. It took 7 weeks for my HcG levels to return to normal and a week later I started my period (8 weeks post D&C). Two months later in June we learned that we were expecting again. However, we lost that baby (a boy, after genetic/gender testing which all came back normal) on August 9, 2011 at 10w3d.

I have just experienced my second miscarriage after DE IVF, both were exactly at 6 weeks after spotting for about a week. We used a different, proven, donor the second time but both times the embryos looked really good at 5 days and even had 5 chromosome testing that said they were good. We are heartbroken and dont understand what is happening. The doctors do not seem to have any answers. How common is miscarriage in this situation?

I just want to say my heart goes out to all you beautiful ladies who have lost their precious babies...wether it was a miscarriage or after they were born...noone should have to endure that pain...you all are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope nothing but the best for you mommas! I miscarried 3 times before this baby and I'm now 34 weeks along...God works in mysterious ways and everything really does happen for a reason...

I am 9weeks today and have been bleeding for 2weeks. I just had an ultrasound on Thursday and baby was OK. I started bleeding REALLY heavy last night and have continued all day. I have also passed a few large clots. I am pretty sure this is a miscarriage. It just hurts so bad. I don't want to go to er because it costs so much and they can't even do anything anyways. It just ***** cause the pain is so bad right now.

That info was taken from peeon astick . com. Generally, anything above 5 is considered pregnant. Nothing will show on an ultrasound until your hcg is in the thousands. At this point, it really could go either way. I would do a follow up beta test with your ob/midwife as the numbers should be doubling every 48 hours. As long as they're rising, you should be okay. I'm sorry I can't be of much more help. My first hcg draw at 4 weeks pregnant was 199.

34 months and 1 miscarriage. We are finally pregnant again. 4wks 4days. G-d willing this one will last. We used 50mg Clomid days 3-7, hcg ovadriel "trigger shot" which makes you ovulate and then IUI. Good luck to you!!

Ok, I need help form a qualified dermatologist or nutritionalist. My apartment water is horrible, smells like chlorine, I can see white flakes floating around in it. I have been researching shower heads to start with. Some sites say Vitamin C is better for a shower head filter to remove 100% of chlorine. Some sites say KDF-55 Media is effective in removing 90% of chlorine and 80% of other harmul heavy metals.
