After you are stabilized on your first treatment, then you are given a
maintenance dose and taper schedule in accordance to your quit
program.
Many people use subs to quit methadone, and much higher doses of it than the 160 you are taking. Contrary to other claims here, it is NOT dangerous as the suboxone kicks the other opiate off the opiate receptors in your system, rendering them useless, and they are expelled from your body. It is not additive to them.
