X-ray revealed nothing, and I have been through chiropractic and physical therapy with marginal relief at best ( ~ 24 hours.) medications used include metaxalone, valium and ibuprofen. stiffness has remained constant, w/ a reduced ROM when flexing my neck laterally. I also occasionally experience shooting pain up the left side of my neck when i rotate my head in that direction. Neck remains inflamed and "cracks" often.

hello again, thanks to all the people that responded. was wondering about the cost of meds. interferon and ribavirin, im checking with my ins. to see what they will cover. i may have misspoke about this thing on hepititusccure.net i dont think it is herbal? it deals with fatty liver tissue. but its only 50 bucks to read about it so i dont really have anything to lose. going back to doc in 3 mo. not sure why till i decide on tx. if tx takes care of virus, do people go back to normal lifestyle?

If you have cash and offer to pay up front (for a discount) you may get charged less than what they can get out of the insurance company, because it's less hassle and instant money for them. Anyways, the rep told me that ribavarin only comes in 200mg and a 3 months supply would cost me $10.00 co-pay. The peg/interferon would be a 30.00 co-pay for a month. This was the pharmacy and member service that said that. Does this seem right? I always thought tx was expensive like in the thousand of dollars. I was told the deep hip pain is caused by a deep spasm so close to the bone that you cannot see, but it is a spasm. Forget the technical name. Metaxalone was prescribed for me and it helps about 80% of the pain. I hope I answered your question, feel free to ping me if you have any more. Neither Skelaxin (metaxalone) nor Celebrex (celecoxib) cause dependence. Your body will not crave either medication. You will not develop tolerance to either medication, nor will you suffer withdrawal symptoms in their absence. The usual dose of Skelaxin is 800mg every 6 to 8 hours (three or four times a day). Do not exceed the maximum daily dose, and don't mix Skelaxin with alcohol, barbiturates, or other CNS depressants.

I just got switched to metaxalone 800mg and i cant say if they are better or worse than flexeril as they dont seem to affect me either. I am afraid to take more than two since they are 800mg but it might affect me, if it doesnt work i think i will switch back to flexeril as i feel safer taking a higher dose, honestly just because of the size of the metaxalone pills, which i know means nothing but I heard flexeril is the strongest so if something will help maybe that will.

Also call the hospital/clinic where you'd get it done to get a price quote for the procedure.

Hello, I just had my ultrasound done today and it turns out I have a 5cm cyst on left ovary. The doctor talks surgery..I was wondering if anybody knows how much approximately it's gonna cost me out of pocket to have it done? I have insurance, deductibles to meet etc. Thank you for any help!

You look too young for that to be an issue. Lucky you. Do you know when you were exposed to Hep C? A biopsy which cost $$ is the way to find out the condition of your liver. Get insurance. Get tested. Then decide if and when you need to be treated. Good luck.
