Hello,
I just added up the tylenol I took today with the vicodin and it's 5,000mg. I've very scared that I'm going to overdose. I know it's way too much. But I'm just looking for any experience from anyone else with this amount. I'm very very scared and don't have health insurance otherwise I'd go to a dr. right now. Please help. I'm a single mom and very scared.
thanks all for your help, i really don't think he'll become addicted (knocks on wood) because it more of once maybe twice a week thing. He's 17, 180 pounds and i doubt he has much of resistance, with no medical conditions.

I got desperate on night, just lost my mind from 2 days straight with horrible pain and no sleep. On a 1-10 scale? 12! So, I took 60 mg of oxycodone and 40 mg of methadone, plus 1 mg of Ativan - all at once, instead of breaking doses up over the day.
I slept great for the first time since the wreck - March 25, 2015! I even felt better today, and took nothing but my methadone and Ativan, until late in the afternoon. But, some people say I might not have woken up.
If you consume and ungodly amount of them regularly you could have worse withdrawals and have flu like symptoms. Slowly weaning yourself off them over a week or cold turkey is up to you. Maybe speaking speaking to an addiction counselor would be best for you.

t seem to fine anywhere how long after a lethal amount or a small overdose (such as 1 accidental extra dose) on top of toxicity symptoms would start to show or when death would take place. So my question is when would symptoms begin to show and when would death occur. I don't need exact times but if toxicity showed hours after an over dose and death came days after it would give me a timeline which is all I'm looking for. Thank you.
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Although I can't answer your question. I am sympathetic. My husband died of a heroine overdose 1.5 years ago. It's a tough road but hang in here and talk about it. Frief can be very difficult.

I took a series of ibuprofen and paracetamol overdoses about 8 months ago, whereby I tool a large amount of pills. During the course of several weeks, I took about 10-15 grams of ibuprofen and some additional Paracetamol each time. I cannot remember how much Paracetamol I took. This happened at least 8 times, and although my symptoms at the time were minimal, I suffered with headaches, back ache, stomach ache and some nausea.
I have since had quite bad heartburn probably from all the gerd etc.
