metaxalone schedule

X-ray revealed nothing, and I have been through chiropractic and physical therapy with marginal relief at best ( ~ 24 hours.) medications used include metaxalone, valium and ibuprofen. stiffness has remained constant, w/ a reduced ROM when flexing my neck laterally. I also occasionally experience shooting pain up the left side of my neck when i rotate my head in that direction. Neck remains inflamed and "cracks" often.

I have a decent but needy job so I need to do this around work. I have a bunch of Xanax and metaxalone (not sure if the muscle relaxers will help) but would love any additional suggestions that would help make this easier whilst holding down a full time job. Any ideas are welcome, seriously, just need some help here. Already feel like an idiot for getting this bad so don't want to go to my friends and my family are in another country.

Ok so im 31+5 weeks and just two days ago my daughter switched her schedule for when she wants to move around. Normally she moves around during the day and sleeps at night but now she moves at night and sleeps during the day. Did anyone else's little one do this?

Anyone else notice that their baby moves kind of like he's on a schedule? I'm 21+2 and my little boy moves every 2 hours, religiously. lol I now know when to expect kicks or rolls! It's so exciting!

I was told the deep hip pain is caused by a deep spasm so close to the bone that you cannot see, but it is a spasm. Forget the technical name. Metaxalone was prescribed for me and it helps about 80% of the pain. I hope I answered your question, feel free to ping me if you have any more. Neither Skelaxin (metaxalone) nor Celebrex (celecoxib) cause dependence. Your body will not crave either medication. You will not develop tolerance to either medication, nor will you suffer withdrawal symptoms in their absence. The usual dose of Skelaxin is 800mg every 6 to 8 hours (three or four times a day). Do not exceed the maximum daily dose, and don't mix Skelaxin with alcohol, barbiturates, or other CNS depressants.

I feel terrible for my baby because my schedule means he or she will have an awful time developing a schedule. I work overnights so when I'm at work and very physically active I can feel baby wiggling around every time I sit down - same as during the day. But on my nights off I sleep at night and baby settles down when I do. It must be super confusing. There will be no concept of a day/night cycle for this poor kid.

I feel like im on the sleeping schedule and awake schedule our little one is gonna be one. I use ro sleep thru the night.. now i cant. I woke up at 12am and didnt fall back to sleep till 3. Now im awake again and its 6.. and hes awake moving. Anyone experience this ?

Do you ladies feed on demand or on a timed schedule? I do a lil of both.. I feed her on demand at night when its bed time for mommy and daddy and during the day I kinda do schedule but sometimes she just looks too cute to bother her while sleeping lol. Just curious what you ladies do!

Last night I was supposed to skip a day (according to my self-made schedule). However, as I was laying in bed trying to get to sleep, my wife suddenly said to me why are you moving around so much? I then noticed my legs were shaking and I was clenching my toes. I decided to take a 1/2 pill (rather than a whole - this way I'm still going down in amounts). Within 20 minutes, the trembling stopped and I was able to relax. This is really hard and I hope I can get through it.

hi ladies. i was woundering wot kind of schedule everyone has for there 4 month olds.

I am on a tapering schedule of 40mg for 2 days, then 30mg for 2 days, then 20mg for 2 days then 10mg for 2 days and then CT. Let me know If you have any other tapering schedules that you feel fits better than this. But if not, I am going to stick with this, keep posting on this forum (because all of you have been a godsent) and I am going to try out the amino acids. How did they schedule the iui? Did you do opk or a trigger shot? Mine was done 24 hrs after a trigger shot and I was worried that it was too late based on my temps. I thought about canceling but figured it was worth a try anyway and I did end up getting pregnant. Best of luck to you!

Could you please help me with a wean schedule for hydrocodone 7.5. I am taking 2 to 3 a day for 2 years. It is not the euphoria that I am addicted to anymore it is the increased energy I get. My body is addicted to it and if I don't take it I feel horrible. I stopped cold turkey one time and felt horrible I went through withdrawl and never want to feel that way again. My body is addicted to it and I want to stop I feel llike it makes me feel angry and I don't like that either.
