plan b could affect ur next menstrual cycle...it may come a little earlier or later. When i took it the first time last year i had bad cramps right after but that was it. when i took it again about a month ago i didnt feel anything but when my period came it was more painful and i felt crappier than usual as far as emotionally. but u shouldnt experience anything too serious or life threatening.

I know that the way it is worded isn't completely clear but the fact is, anytime you take plan b, it's going to cause some kind of impact on your period. Whether it's breakthrough bleeding, spotting, no period, a heavy periods, or anything in between, any of those can and do happen to someone who takes it. If it were me, I wouldn't be worried about it at this time. Your next period will likely be different due to the plan b.

Plan B will cause cramping and bleeding. You should consider that your period and start from there with your birth control.

Is the plan B pill the "morning after" pill??? If it is and you were further into your pregnancy it could be causing you to miscarry....or it could very well be your menstrual period.

I seriously doubt it. Plan b can mess up your cycle some so I wouldnt worry.

I had my regular cycle sept 2-5. After taking the plan B, 4 Days later I had another cycle from sept 17-20. It is now 10/7 & havent had my cycle just yet. Should I be worried? I heard the Plan B changes ur body. I didnt get any side effects from taking the pill. I just dont want to be pregnant.

I was taking ortho-cyclin and the doc. Told me to have back-up for the first 2 weeks of taking it after that...id b fine. Now I had my last pill oct.24 and am now playing the waiting game I'm. Late...very late...misd my menstrual for nov.

Definitely use a form of birth control as taking plan b so many times in one month is not optimal. It will most likely cause titu to not have a period after taking it especially since you took 2 doses.

i did something very rare.. i had sex and took plan b twice in the same cycle before my next period. i know theres only 3-5 days where pregnancy is a major issue when ovulation occurs 14 days after your last menstrual cycle, but im still worried. the first time i took it was about a 21/2 weeks after i started my last period and the other time was about a week after that. first time i took the plan b within 2 hours, and the second time was taken within an hour.

Ya that cause ur bc not to "work"ale him wear condoms!! I'm not sure if it would work bc I've never taken plan B, u will just have to wait n see it u get ur period although I've heard after taking plan B it can mess up ur cycle for a month or so.

t think that was implantation bleeding and neither there are chances of your being pregnant coz u took plan b within time.. the problem is that plan b chances your cycle drastically even causing your periods to arrive 7 days early from the expected date and even have a lighter period than normal.. the hour difference won't be a problem.. so u need not worry as there are completely no chances.. good luck..

Don't be alarmed by the lack of menstruations after taking plan b, this is a common side effect. If you're still worried and haven't started your period after another month, you should visit your doctor or local clinic for a blood test, which is more accurate in detecting pregnancy. Also, plan b shouldn't be used frequently or as a source of birth control (>2x/yr), therefore use another form of birth control like condoms and/or the pill.

How should i go about this after taking plan b. Should I routinely do a pregnancy test every week even if my period isn't coming in maybe 3 weeks.?

Have you been tested for STD's? The pain may be caused from one rather than the fact you took your plan B.

Just one plan b can make your cycle/body so wacky. As far as getting pregnant with taking it more than once in a month, I really don't know. But, I'm sure since one messes up your cycle, it could become difficult. I'm no doctor, but that's just my opinion.

She was not ovulating, did not ovulate after taking the pill and has had no spotting since the week after taking the pill.

I'm not on birth control and I had sex with my boyfriend and the condom broke but he did not finish so I went out and got plan b and took it AN HOUR AND A HALF after the incident.
