
I disagree Barb135.. if you eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat/protein/fish, eggs, healthy fats such as olive oil, coconut oil nuts and seeds, avocado, butter, cream.. drink water and cut out the foods such as grains, legumes.. exercise regularly a couple times a week but not excessively don't spend every day working out and you'll see the weight drop. No counting, you won't be hungry, you will have energy and you will lose weight.. my dad lost 20 lbs in the first 1.
