I got severe stomach pain on jan 24 and next day the scanning result is that i got 2 small calculi in right kidney and hydronephrosis of left kidney with uretric caliculas. i was prescribed kmac syrup(potassium citrate & magnesium citrate oral solution), brakke (ofloxacin and ornidazole) tablets , hifenac spas(aceclofenac and drotaverine hydrochloride tablets) taking which i suffered constipation severely then i guessed may be the side effects of above drugs. i took them day after day.

Reinfection isn't really the problem as after my diagnosis I haven't had any sexual contacts.
The doctor told me that I have to continue with the treatments with metronidazole or ornidazole until I'm healed, this is the only way.

Careful with Levofloxacin. Sometimes the side effects aren't worth the benefits. I took Levofloxacin to cure a bout of pneumonia. I had the symptoms for 5 months with all urine and semen tests negative and left the infection untreated. Until 5 months when a urethral swab showed staphylococcus pneumoniae. I went and saw a different doctor who from the symptoms (no exam)thought it may be epidymitis and prescribed levofloxacin along with another urine sample. I have been on the levofloxacin for 5 days now and the testicle ache has gone and come back, along with the irritation under the head. Still no discharge excepting during one bowel movement.
