Hi, probably this is sinusitis. Pressure or headache while bending is seen in sinusitis. Accumulation of mucus in sinuses behind cheeks, eyes etc.causes these kind of symptoms. Try steam inhalation, anti inflammatory drugs along with anti histaminics and antibiotics (amoxicillin, levofloxacin etc) for a week or so. Sinus drainage is also done but only after confirmation of diagnosis.

CT scan showed sinusitis involving all sinuses. Augmenting was taking for up to 1 month. Symptoms improved, then in Feb 2018 mucus production came back and Moraxella Catarrhalis was isolated. TReated with Levofloxacin for 14 days. Symptoms improved. Globus sensation haven't change. Mucus secretion came back, this time with more blood. March 2018, MRI shows abnormal growth and mild sinusitis.
Hi, your symptoms are suggestive of migraine, in sinusitis headaches are usually not pulsating but dull and also not that severe. But, low grade fever should be investigated. This could be either due to sinus infection or something else.
Try treatment with antibiotics (amoxacillin, levofloxacin etc) along with anti histaminics, anti inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen,diclofenac etc). If no response is seen, consult neurologist for migraine therapy.
I have had 3 sinus infections in the last 8 weeks. I'm on my third antibiotic (levofloxacin) and i'm still experiencing problems. Most of the problem is on my left side. I had a CT scan and it showed a deviated septum but the ENT was not too concerned. Any body else ever have sypmtons like these? Careful with Levofloxacin. Sometimes the side effects aren't worth the benefits. I took Levofloxacin to cure a bout of pneumonia. Sure enough, the infection cleared up, but my joints ached so bad I could not raise my arms to take a shower, put my clothes on, bend to tie my shoes, get in and out of a car quickly. Strength training and jogging was out of the question for a month.

Rx Levofloxacin which resolved symptoms in the nxt 2-3 days. Also had sore throat, severe sinusitis at that time. Rash resolved in 12 days with antihistanamics & on holding kayflex. Physical was wnl.

Based on your symptoms alone this sounds more like dental infection, cellulitis (infection under the skin), lymphedema (due to faulty lymph channel), sinusitis affecting the maxillary sinus in the cheek bone, or a deep seated cyst. It can also be an ear infection or maybe even shingles. You need to consult an ENT specialist and may need X-ray of the sinuses or even CT scan. Also, please get a dental examination as well. Do you still have any of these symptoms? Sounds like a bit of bronchitis after having a virus. It takes a couple of months to go away unless you get antibiotics. Could be sinusitis or could have been. It usually resolves on its own. Humidifier helps. Sounds like a bacteria not yeast on the tongue. It is normal to get a lot of this. You can just keep scraping it away. I get it several times a day.
