Panacing i took 1g of Zpack orally then got tested two days later I took another 1g pack. the results came back negetive. Still having the same feeling I took 500mg of Levaquin. Then I read that it was no longer recommended for GC so i took a 250mg shot of Ceftriaxone. Is this enough to kill Chlamydia and Gonorrhea? Could it just be Urthetitis and would these meds take care of that too? Need answers please.

In the interval between the encounter in which you caught gonorrhea and the time you were treated you had both vaginal and received oral sex form your wife. She has been receiving treatment with levaquin but, to your knowledge, was not tested for gonorrhea (the routine throat culture would not detect gonorrhea) and does not know she was exposed.
If this summary is correct, I would be a bit concerned.
None of these is likely to cause pain without discharge or other symptoms. But if you were incubating gonorrhea or NGU, the azithromycin and levaquin would have prevented them. The fact that the treatment made no difference is further evidence that the pain was not due to any STD.

t cure most stds, and might only cure gonorrhea, but its not even the preferred treatment of gonorrhea. I hate that docs just keep using that, but that's beside the point.
But it doesn't matter - if you've not had sex, this can't be an std. The only form of herpes you'd have to worry about it hsv1, and that's only if someone has performed oral sex on you. None of your symptoms sound like herpes at all, by the way.
I got symptoms that resemble chlamydia or gonorrhea (frequent urination, weird feelin in the tip of my penis) so I took levaquin 750mg tabs once a day for five days. Is that enough levaquin to knock out either of those stds? I'm still gettin the urge to urinate frequently and now I'm wondering could it be some kind of bladder infection? Any help is appreciated greatly.

While it used to be thought that much prostatitis was caused by STDs, that now appears to be only a minor contributor. Levofloxacin (Levaquin) is a good starting point for treatment. Sometimes, it takes several weeks of therapy to resolve.

Two days later I went to the Doctors office and expained what happened.He said with this brief contact, the only thing I have to be concerned about is chlamydia, gonorrhea, and herpes. He put me on a 4 pack of some anibiotics(1 DOSE). I had diarrhea right after I took the medication and was worried I didnt receive the full dose. 2 weeks later,I had symptoms, It itched a little after I urinated and some mild itching in the urethra. I went back to him and he did a urine test.
I asked before if could have gotten std from a blowjob and it seems that gonorreah is the only std possible as it lives in the mouth. however, while i have been treated with bactrim and levaquin with no results, the cdc says these drugs are not effective with gonorrhea. isn't ceftriaxine the most effective and shouldnt i be treated with this?
second, could i have passed gonnorhea to my wife while on levaquin and on bactrim?

The antibiotics you have been on (levofloxacin, biaxin, and now doxycycline) are active against most of these bacteria although there are a few strains of gonorrhea that could be resistant. I doubt that gonorrhea is the source of your problem however, in light of your negative tests and absence of penile symptoms. You have received treatment with good antibiotics.
If that treatment was prescribed by a health professional, check with him or her whether to continue treatment. If you are treating yourself without professional advice, I advise you to stop the drug and see a doctor or clinic.

I have had no penile discharge but sometimes after urinating or a bowel movement especially I get a white/cloudy last few drops of urine (I have to push/squeeze a lot to get this. After the Avelox, Flagy and 4 days of the Levaquin I resumed sex with my partner. She had the Bladder infection not long after that and was treated with Nitofuran, Flagyl, 750 mg per day x 6 days and Levaquin, 500 mg per day for 6 days...at the same time I was still on the Levaquin...
The symptoms subsided after two days of self imposed cipro treatment 250 mgs BID & Levaquin. I was tested for Gonorreha and chlamydia by a urologist with urethra swab after being on my own treatment for 3 days. The tests came back negative for both. Dr Rx more cipro and doxi...????
My question, is the negative test result for gonorreha beacuse I was on cipro/levaquin for 2-3 days?
