Last week with the NHS neurologist none of the above was mentioned!
Second neuro says that even tho i have clear scans and clear LP MS cannot be ruled out as sometimes it can take up to twenty years to present itself.
OA, femoral torsion, pronation at the subtalar joint (aka flat feet) or maltraking of the patella. A couple weeks ago I was cleaning and I got down on my knees to clean up a spill and when I was getting up I heard a pop that sounded like a gun going off and it hurt now if I bend my knee it catches and I have to force it to straighten when it straightens it makes a thunk kinda sound and the knee looks like it shifts. I hope this makes sense I have no insurance right now but hope to have it in the next 30 to 60 days but if anyone can give me a hint on what could be wrong I would be so greatful.
The other leg is perfectly fine in those positions, suffering from neither the stiffness nor the pain in those positions. There is never any swelling in the problem knee. I have some crepitis in both knees but have had this for 10 years with no pain (basically some crackling noise when going up stairs).
A couple of days after this incident I started feeling pain in my right knee and the right side of my right neck. Since I have been worrying like crazy reading just about everything on the Internet. I have been to the clinic and had a test but still waiting for the result. The nurse did not seem too concerned saying i was most likely just feeling in pain because I read about it. it feels like somebody is tugging at my epididymis and the pain radiates up to my stomach and down to my knee. these symptoms only happen on the left side but the testicular pain is in both testicles but never both at the same time, it will swap throughout the day, usually a few hours on each side but it is constantly there.
i went to my GP who said it was epididymitis and gave me Cipro for a week. this did not help so i had an ultrasound and CT scan which showed nothing.
now i found out that HIV infection symptoms cant be treated with drugs rather the symptoms fade away by themselves.i ave no rash,no swollen glands,no cough or sore throat.Now i feel slight pains in my bones and muscles.
Also the unprotected sex was breif and there was no ejaculation...in 4 consecutive days.
kindly tell me if am not at risk and possibly the cause of the fever. i just relocated to europe from africa 6 weeks ago.could it be a result of the change of climate.

The knees are at the stage where my doctor says the only option is knee replacement surgery, and that I should let him know when the pain is too bad to tolerate. So, any walking is painful, as is driving, getting out of a chair, etc. Even worse is the lower back pain. If I stand or walk for more than 3-5 minutes, I develop back spasms so bad that I feel nauseous, get sweaty and even feel sort of panicky. The only thing that shows in x-rays for my lower back is the arthritis.
I have knee pain and swelling that comes and goes. I have been to an Orthopedic and have had x-rays and MRI. Nothing specific was noted in the x-ray and scan. The Dr suggested orthoscopic surgery to see what he might be able to do. I have not had the surgery.
He also suggested I may have osteoarthritis. The pain will come with walking, sometimes very quickly and sometimes not much at all.

I was told that I have patella feminel pain, I am use to having trouble kneeling and walking after a shift at work and and my knee being weak and the knee cap moving around, but lately even when I am not doing anything it feels as though something is push up on my knee cap, and extremely painful and I cant get the pain to go away.
