For the last two and a half years I have been on Ketek ( twice a day ) , ceftin ( twice a day), diflucan( once a day), plaquenil(twice a day) and pantoloc. I also take ton of acidophilus. I wennt off all of them the first of July this summer. I am quite a bit better but still suffer from extreme fatigue,and muscle twitching.
I am wondering if you think I should try some other antibiotics?
Hi, I am on my second day of a 5 day course of Ketek 400mg (Taking 800mg) . Tomorrow will be my third day. I had an upper respiratory infection but feel MUCH better. I want to go back to Gym tomorrow (Crossfit) i will only take my anti biotic after the session. Is this ok?

Prednisone 10mg is the dose/composition of the medication to be used. And the prednisone pack gives the instructions on how best the medication is to be taken.
So i went a visited a nurse practitioner yesterday and it went very well. I am on some new medication as of last night called "Lamictal". I would like to know who has tried this medication and what it has done for them. please get back to me.
They way he did it was gum, getting help thru his Dr and from na meetings. the way I did it with smoking ( was a pack a day for many years ) was gum and a lot of prayer. Try some meditation. Bit do talk to your doctor about it. He can help you. And look into na meetings. Take it one day at a time. You can do it.
Hi all I was just wondering I have taken my pill an extra month non stop as I had an important event to go to and would of been on that weekend and im on my last week of the second pack. Would I be able to leave the last week of the pack though as I've been getting loads of cramps and I would be going to college when I come on. So is it ok to stop the packet with a week left?
I see a lot of people asking about z pack curing chlamydia/gonorrhea and the common response is “It has to be 1g at once to work.” I’m confused by this. 1 g is 1,500mg. The typical z pack is 1,500mg total over the course of 5 days. 500mg on day one and then 250mg the next four days. So my question is, why would it HAVE to be 1,000mg of z pack at once to work rather than also 1,500 over 5 days?
After taking the medication for two days, I feel very uncomfortable. especially that my mouth is so dry and taste so bitter. Is this normal? Please help.
Medrol (methyprednisolone) is identical to Solumedrol, but is the oral form. When we get IV infusions we get 1000mg of it. Each pill in the dose pack is 4 mg. You take 6 tabs the first day, and then 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 the following days. (24mg, 20mg, 16mg, 12mg, 8mg, 4mg).
Long ago they established that the lower dose dose not afford the relief in MS, likely because it is not enough to establish any meaningful levels within the brain and spinal cord.
I used a look warm Epsom salt soak and then would put an ice pack on the site. It sting was better in 4 days and that was with working in my boots on it the 2nd day after I got stung. I also used the allegra anti itch cream. Helped tons!
I had a miscarriage in January of 2011. my doctor encouraged my husband & I not to do a d&c. He put me on a medication to "clean me out." After finishing the medication, approximately 2 months later I began bleeding. I continued to bleed for 54 days. The doctor attempted to stop this by putting me on birth control, completing an entire pack in 5 days, then starting a new pack the following Sunday to take regularly. The bleeding did not stop.
There was no medication which would stop the pain. I did use an ice pack on the eye/temple area and it seemed to help. I went thru this routine for about 3 weeks. It was explained to me by my eye surgeon that the eye is similar to the brain - a totally sealed off part of the body that will not let paid medication in to help and I totally believe him. The paid did finally go away - maybe try an ice pack. Hopefully she can get some relief.
i have had bad reactions to my past 3 prescriptions. Focalin XR 20 mg caused me to have sever anxiety attacks at night, caused restlessness , but it did its job for my ADD it affected the rest of my life very badly because my hands and extremities where turning pale and felt numb. To treat the anxiety i started on Citalopram and this medication only made me very tired. (falling asleep in class). after talking with my counselor i started back on Add meds 2 days ago starting at 50mg Vyvanse.
