ibandronic acid dosage

i was about to be cured from Gonorrhea but i skip some dosage of cephalexin, my problem now is i need to switch to CIPROFLOXACIN but i found out that it wasn't working for me some how im one of those patient's who were resistant to it according to the UPDATES on GONORRHEA RESISTANCE... should i go back to cephalexin? my dosage before was 500mg 3x a day... I got pregnant with this one about 5 months post pregnancy. A lot of people are telling me that I need a higher dose of folic acid as my body hasn't had time to go back to normal from my last pregnancy. I started taking prenatal vitamins as soon as I found out, and it has 800 mg. of folic acid. Is this enough? I would ask my doctor, but my first appointment isn't until a week from now.

I'm currently preparing my body for pregnancy and getting everything in line (Eating better, being more active, vitamin etc.). My fiancé and myself are trying but not over thinking it(when it happens, it'll happen type mind set). So Question: along with my prenatal vitamin should I be taking a folic acid supplement for a higher dosage? I've read so many things about how important it is.

I would stay within the recommended daily dosage of (400 mcg or 0.4mg) to (1000mcg or 1mg) of folic acid. There are many additives in OTC vitamins/supplements, check with your pharmacist to see the contents.

I take extra folic acid. I've never been told it was bad. It is on my medication list with the Dr office and they go over it every time I'm seen. As for what dosage is right for you, I can't say. I will say, the reason I take extra is because I am a smoker. I was told in my first pregnancy that smoking leeches the folic acid out of your body, causing a deficiency from the start. I take the extra to combat this. Neural tube defects and the like are no joke.

It only gets worse and not better. However, if the problem persists the Dr. can increase the dosage of Neurotin to help it more. I advise going back to the Dr. to see if they will increase the prescription amount.

Im going to break my questions down into more manageable chunks - could anybody explain why my weight fluctuations of upto 3 stone, 20 kilos has not resulted in any thyroid dosage changes? Both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are known causes of low stomach acid so yes both conditions may cause acid reflux. Until you get your thyroid sorted out you can try other ways to increase stomach acid such as apple cider vinegar or betaine HCL with pepsin. Also digestive enzymes supplements are helpful as well and can be taken by anyone to help with digestion.

I've heard that u must use 4000 or higher dosage of Folic acid when u have MTHFR... My question is that does ur prenatal vitamins contain 4000 mg of Folic acid ..if so what brand are u taking... or do u take additional over the counter folic acid to meet the desired level of folic acid...?

Hi there. I use methotrexate (10mg a week) and today im supposed to inject it. Only my folic acid supplements (5mg) ran out. I can't get them tomorrow because the pharmacy is closed. Is it bad to take them 48 hours after injection instead of the normal 24h?

I just started it, and I can't take the prescribed 4 pills a day, because about 1/2 hr. after I take one, I am in the bathroom and can't leave the house, so, I guess they are working really well for me! My acid reflux is much better, I used to take twice the dosage of the med I'm on, but now I'm down to the regular dosage of just one a day.

ok so my son is 2 and a half months old and he has acid reflux. His doc gave him ranitidine(sp?) on Sept 12th in a 30 day supply to see if it helped, well while trying to get it in a dropper to give to him i accidently dropped the bottle and spilled about a week and a halfs worth of it ( i feel horrible about it ) well his doc upped his dosage 2 days ago and i asked the doc today to call in a refill for me since i spilled it and was pretty much out of it.

Is it safe to take one or both of these with zoloft? If so, what dosage? Also, is it safe to take zoloft while taking natural harmones ( cream)?

I decreased my synthroid and today is 11 days. Saturday I felt better had more energy. today I felt tired my pressure at 12 was 117/82 at 3pm 132/86. About 5pm my pressure was 155/98 .I have a headache and the burning again and tingling. I took a blood pressure pill and in a half hour it came down to 126/81.I am overwhelmed .I had the lisinipril from about 8 months ago my renal doctor put me on them but my pressure was going too low.

My first thought was it was my Levoxyl, but I have been taking it for nearly 5 years (thyroidectomy for cancer), and taking that particular pill (88mcg) for over a year.
