It might be easier to list what you should avoid while pregnant. :)
You don't want to eat Raw Meat, Fish high in Mercury---stuff like shark, swordfish, etc---raw eggs, soft cheeses like Brie, Gorgonzola, etc, Alcohol, unwashed fruits and vegetables and of course you want to limit amounts of caffeine to under 300mg a day. Any lunch meats you eat should also be heated up to reduce any risk of Listeria, but I know many who don't bother to do this.
