Avatar f tn You could always try what I am doing and see if you could just get through a few weeks with no carbs. High protein and no sugar is the only sure way to lose weight fast. I have tried Adipex and I feel like it did more harm than good. Diet pills aren't worth the stress they put your body under. They make you nervous and shaky and on the edge. Who wants to feel like that? Especially since you still have to diet and work out the same. There is no magic pill. If so, everyone would be thin.

Walk for a minute or minute and 1/2, then sprint again. Do this 4 or 5 times if starting out, then as you progress increase it to 2 minute walking periods followed by 60 secs of sprinting. The losses will amaze you. My partner does low-fat low-carb when his eating gets away from him, like if goes away for a weekend with his buddies and comes back 3-4 pounds heavier.
649848 tn?1484935765 The hospital said I need to watch my carbs, for breakfast they said to eat 2 to 3 net carbs, lunch 3 to 4 net carbs, and dinner is 4 to 5 net carbs. each net carb is around 15 carbs. so if it has 30 carbs in it, that means its 2 net carbs. I hope that makes sense. anyway. in doing this i have lost 20 lbs. So i am here for support.
Avatar m tn Lower card. You are eating 10 times the carbs I am. I eat 20g of carbs a day or less. You can still be "athletic" and get by with less carbs. Athletes do it all of the time. Your faith in the medical field is understandable and I am sure you are frustrated. A friend of mine was having thyroid problems and 3 different doctors misdiagnosed or didn't diagnose any problems.

I can't afford to cut these things out of my diet as I'm on unemployment right now and can barely afford pastas and soups as it is, I'd love to be able to eat lots of vegatables but I can't afford them and they don't last long enough even if I could. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Just to note, I do sometimes get extremely tired after I eat certain foods/ or a big meal...but I don't know if that's fibro related or some type of food intolerance or just hormones and it doesn't always happen. So I am confused on whether I truly have fibro or not? Can you have some of the symptoms with this disease but not all?
Avatar m tn when ever i felt the burning coming on i ate plain muffins or saltine crackers to eleviate the burning feeling. its been 5 years sicne the ablation and i am having massive pvc's and its stressing me out to where i am doing the same thing, stomach burns making myself belch to relieve fullness and the pvc's. it's awful that feeling. so i am stuck going through all the tests again to see whats going on now thats casuing this. i feel you.

I am considering trying the Paleo diet, but it is so difficult to follow strictly, and I guess I am having a hard time coming to terms with it needing to be a life-long change that I may need to follow. (But it sounds like I am facing life long medication anyways....?

He never gave an exact list but he explained it all over a long period of time, so it is hard to give an exact list. You could try just scanning his posts (lots and lots) to find those that would help you the most. There is a company that sells these already put in the best form and dosages and this is what we have been buying for a while now. . They seem to be working for my husband very well.

Avatar m tn I do have hemmoroids so I attribute the bleeding to my hemmoroids but I can't be sure because I also have stomach pains off and on when my stomach is empty. Like a burning sensation. I use to drink a lot of coffee and soda but I think that's what caused my stomach issues. I plan on seeing my doctor soon! I have some ideas like maybe H. Pylori or some type of bacteria overgrowth in my gut? I dunno but it's not normal. I wasn't born like this so I doubt if I have TMAU.

Small changes can be sustained...many people tire of severe, limited diets and soon abandon them. Sounds like you're getting there! Happy dancing!
