After wards I began to suffer terrible symptoms such as bone pain, pain everywhere, tingling, numbness, and loss if sensation through out my body. The diet also suggests that you eat less than 800 calories a day. I should also add that I was a vegetarian for 3 years before then, but began eating fish around the time of the diet.

Not sure if I'm allowed to do this or not, but will, and suffer the consequences --- being a thyroid patient, who is pretty much optimal, at this point, AND being a CoCL of the Weight Loss and Dieting forum, I'd have to say that HCG is not a good way to go for losing weight........ even if you "don't" have a thyroid issue..
