well my george not well. he had trouble passing urine, then started to act tired and laying around. Last week tho he passed some funny looking things. he is showing signs of kidney failure, but not sure that causing the wee thing. think it be crystals from the bladder now block his tube. he is nearly 18. and i adore him. hopefully get him back tomm.

Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
Can you cancel?? or is it an important visit?? i didn't go to my pain management appointment. if i would have. i would have gotten more pills. so what do you think of cancelling??
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.

The first and most important thing you need to do immediately is to stop scaring yourself half to death!!! You pulse rate is within normal limits 70-120 and all of our heart rates flucuate like crazy throughout our day and even in our sleep. Its very, very normal. If we see something on T.V. that we react to the pulse rate goes up, we get a call from our friends to go out...the pulse rate goes up...we drink a pepsi our pluse rate goes up...
Tami, it isn't clear to me if your son was in SVT when they hit him with the probable Adenosine. If your son was at maximum output on the treadmill, it's likely that his heart rate could have been at levels that would closely match that of SVT. In that case Adenosine would "reset" his heart, but it would go right back to a normal elevated rate to match his respiration. You said "techs".
Are there any alternatives to these two medicines that you are aware of? His cardiologist says he needs to stay on both of them for the rest of his life. Thank you.

I need help.I have an obese 8 year old siamese cat that underwent intestinal surgery last week for an obstruction. He ate my baby's bath toy- alphabet letter made of foam. The surgery went well as the foam was already in the colon and was "milked" out. I brought "George" home the next day due to the impending hurricane-IKE.
George did well the first two days and then began vomiting bile. He was unable to eat, pass stool or keep anything down.
My male cat George was neutered a few days ago. The procedure did not go well. The vet said he had an alergic reaction to the penicillin that caused his lungs and heart to shut down. They were able to revive him but he looks like he has brain damage. The first day he just layed there and had for be fed by seringe.
Now we have him home and the vet has us feeding him jars of chicken baby food. It takes along time to get him started eating.
Georgie is another feminine version of George as well as Georgina, Georgia, and Georgette!!! Oh and Georgetta!!!
