Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
t get along with) thought it was a good idea to take a whole week off work this week. I go in tonight n im glad she wants to help but I do not want her at my house with my first newborn child with us. I want to have family time. The baby isn't even goin to be a week old and she already wants to bombard us. Am I wrong for feeling like this?
To cope with my grief, we buried her 50 feet from our house and on top of her grave planted a beautiful 2 ft crimson Hybiscus, and 2 purple flowing sage plants, one on each side on a raised mound with black mulch so the flowers show up well, and a black metal hook with a little chime that sounds like her collar w/license and rabies tag tinkling We also are going to paint her name on a white stone. We don't know why we lose our pets that we take good care of.
So my husband has lived in our house for 15 year and has had two women live here before me! They left all their stuff here underwear beds clothes shoes and I don't want to go through their clothes I just want to throw them I. A dumpster or burn them Andy husband is insulting me bc he wants me to go through wash and sell this **** that is rotting away!!
I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
How are you ladies feeling tonight? I am 38+4 and I'm just tired all the time but yet I can't really sleep anymore. My baby boy is so active that I have bruises every where. I can't get comfortable. On top of lack of sleep and just straight up being uncomfortable I just feel lazy.
Going in at 10 tonight to be induced! I am absolutely terrified! But super excited to meet my little man. Any advice?... Any advice on.how to get my fiance to even regard me at all? My psychiatrist and psychotherapist are aware of this problem, and I am on a medication for it to no avail. Other than the medication, we never seem able to really get down and address the issue.
I am considering practicing self-hypnosis to see if maybe I can change my thought pattern. Otherwise I am feeling pretty helpless and frustrated.
I want to get beyond this and live a healthy lifestyle. No groups have been suggested to me or offered. I feel out in left field all alone.
I'm getting induced at midnight tonight, I'll be 39 weeks exactly. So many emotions are going through my head and my list of things to get done is rapidly growing.
I was just aware there is an eclipse tonight so my grandpa says.We are superstitious family he warns me to put a cross on my tummy because its like a gateway for unwanted spirits.First time mom 9 weeks along, i dont know to much about this? Can i still look at the eclipse?
