Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.

Anyway, this research is looking into Diet and Lifestyle links to Ovarian Cancer Risk and includes a genetic test too.
I am going to join up. Hopefully this will help somehow and give a bit more meaning into my having OVCA.

I am currently a 25 year old nurse living in the central NJ area. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and RA. It has been a few years with the RA diagnosis and I have seen several Rheumatologists but none of which I like. Being a nurse, I am very selective with who I choose to be part of my medical team so I was wondering if anyone knows of any good Rheumatologists in the NJ area.

I have read about prolozone treatment by injections, and Im looking for a professional in the Boston, MA area to ask questions and most likely get treatments. The nearest professional that I have found so far is in NJ about 200 miles from me. I would like to find a professional much closer.

I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
My inlaws were very upset when we told them that we were driving up to NJ on Christmas eve, and spending the weekend in NJ. Last year, we also spent Christmas day in NJ, but my high school reunion was the day after, so we had to be up there. Their argument is that Thanksgiving isn't a holiday, we were up there last year, and that it's Matt's first Christmas, and they won't see him at all.
