Conditions have changed and he/she needs to know what is now taking place. In my humble opinion, Linda should operate in such a way as to put "no load" on her heart what's so ever.
She really needs to be checked out. If her Doctor is unavailable, take her to the emergency room and bring all of her meds with her. They need to know the type
of prescription as well as dosage.

you are helping sweetheart!!! i actually have been exercising a little. i love to do all that ****. i even was addicted to that before..lol seriously though. i exercised like 5 hrs a day..especially after having all the kids..but it paid off. i just have to not obsess.
I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
What did your doctor answer when you asked your questions?
At one time my endrocrinologist told me , after my fasting insulin level was12, that she wanted it down to 5 or I would have to go on Glucophage and to stay away from any sugar. Also she said if I had to have something sweet to eat a protein with it. Should I be concerned that it is below 5?
The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air. OSHA has limits of something like 25 ppm for people working in industry, apparently over that amount of ammonia in the air is bad for the lungs. As they were talking, the meter went over 25, then over 40, then over 60, then I think it stopped in the 70s or 80s.
