having sex urinary tract infection

i have been having symptoms of an std since may after having unprotected sex with a woman i know in march. did all std test over and over again even after 6 months but all tests have been negative. ive now done a urine test and have A gram neg bacillus, member of the Enterobacteriaceae. is this a sign of an std ?

UTIs are exactly what their name describes. and infection in your urinary tract. its not in your vagina, however, ive always been told not to have sex while you have one because sex could be the cause of it. and its best to make sure its all better before introducing even more bacteria.
