i have been having symptoms of an std since may after having unprotected sex with a woman i know in march.
did all std test over and over again even after 6 months but all tests have been negative. ive now done a urine test and have A gram neg bacillus, member of the Enterobacteriaceae.

Im 90% sure that I have a urinary tract infection but I have additional symptoms that I dont usually have.

Lately however sex has been a little painful - at first i just thought it was because there were long periods of time between us having sex and my body was just getting used to it again but then after sex when i pee it burns. we have been together about 7 months and havnt had sex in about 3. we stopped firstly because she had a urinary tract infection and her docter said not to have sex for a few weeks, but we did. ever since then it hurts her or makes her feel extrememly uncomfortable when anything enters her vagina. it even gives her pain if my pinky finger is inserted, also she doesnt get wet properly anymore, what is the problem and how do i fix this ????
You may not even have to bring your dog in for an exam if the urine is positive for a simple urinary tract infection (an infection without crystals). The vet can simply give appropriate antibiotics.
If your dog has crystals in his urine, the crystals would need to be identified and treatment instituted. Crystals can be dangerous in male dogs because if they become large enough they can become lodged in the urethra and cause blockage (even in dogs, though more common in male cats).
You may have a urinary tract infection if you're having burning during urination. Another possible cause might be that you got a tear during sex. I would recommend seeing your Dr for a urine test to see if it is a UTI. If not then have the Dr check you for any tears.
Urinary tract infections are a very common outcome of rough sex without enough lubrication. I'm assuming you're using some sort of risk reduction and birth control? If not, you're leaving yourself vulnerable to disease and/or pregnancy.

My wife has had urinary tract infection since the begining of the pregnancy.Now she is 27 weeks and 3 days. Docotors always prescibed vitamin C until now. She doesnt have any systom. Her doctor wanted to prescribe Ceftin but she is alergic to penicilin and he prescribed trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. Is this antibiotic safe during this time? anyone has had a previous treatment with this kind?
when u went to the doctor did u get a full blood-work? are u having unpretected sex? it can be a urinary tract infections.and if your having unpretected sex with anyone,they can also get it.and if they not treated and u are treat.and if u have unpretected sex with that person. u can also get urinary tract infection again. the best thing for u to do is, if your having unpretected sex, u and your sex partner should get treat.but make sure u see the doctor as soon as possible.
