Great attitude! :) I have acheived comfort from several different things, and I use them on a choice/as need basis. Here's my list of 'battle stategies': walking outside, bathing, nature sounds, zen relaxation (google that), meditation, chanting, prayer, reading religious books of my choice (usually the Bible for me), spending time with people who 'feel good' to me (like my mom), I find piano music to be particularly soothing for some reason.
