Hi Doc.8 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex in Uganda with a sex worker (girl from night club) almost 10 minutes I received a falletio.now I am very scared when I think about it.First of all, I was afraid of HIV transmission,but here every one said that I have not risk HIV, and I have 6 weeks negative result (with Card test HIV 1-2 negative).I have negative from other STD, only Gardnerella vaginalis positive.
2 weeks ago I had protected sex with a girl in Uganda, East Africa. She was a casual sex worker. Apparently the hiv rate is very high there (about 5%). It was protected sex and the condom didn't come off or break. Now, 2 weeks later I have flu-like symptoms, but rationalise that may not be related to the sexual encounter. Should I be concerned that I have hiv? Thanks.

I am 29 years old and i have frequently been diagnosed with UTI. I have been seing a gyna and i have treid treating it with Cefixime tabs but it keeps coming back esp a few days after sex. How do i handle this.
She was from Uganda if I remember rightly. She gave me the condom and I remember it felt quite tight. We had sex in multiple positions before i had lost interest. I did not ***. But as I lay back down beside her she seemed to pick the condom from her vagina area. Not digging but maybe it was just hanging out. My question is..... is it likely that if the condom had come off during the sex that it would have been inside her rather than hanging out?.

Recently I had protected vaginal sex with a csw in the US. Was a stupid mistake, but now that im living with it and have gotten past it I have begun to worry about HIV risk. I did not remove the condom properly ie i had touched the outside of the condom with my bare hand and afterwards used the same hand to clean off my penis. A few weeks ago I read that a Kenyan college student girl who had been transmitted with HIV by a guy slept with 325 men, in order to pass HIV to them for revenge!! And the news said 300 men that had sex with her were confirmed to catch HIV from her!!! That is unbelievable! Since I used to believe HIV from female to male is not that easy to transmit(about 1/1000), how can she infect 300 men out of 325 in two years?

The health personel in Uganda have told me that i must test after 6 months,do we have a strain of hiv that defies the normal window period of 3 months this side.

It is very important that you understand we cannot make diagnoses over the internet. Assuming your are young and in good health it is possible you are having migraines. That can cause blurred vision and headache. However if they only occur when you exert yourself it could be related to your cardiovascular or neurologic systems.
You need to have this evaluated by your personal MD and see an ophthalmologist Eye MD. It is not the sort of symptom you should ignore.
Handsfield, I had one encounter of Oral sex with an unknown female where she performed oral sex on me for 10 min before having protected vaginal sex Tuesday 4/10/2012. My background I have an autoimmune disorder that limits my White Blood count which recently was confirmed through monthly CBC's at 2.7. I have also been tested for HSV 1 and HSV 2, 6 months ago both Neg. The female didn't have any visual signs of any sores or marks on her lips.
