If you find cooking relaxing, include that, whatever makes you feel
good. Some people like to get
in the garden, or go out with a camera and take pretty pictures. I have found that any sort of creative activity is relaxing: I like to draw, even tho im not good at it, it's fun and takes my mind off things. The key is distraction: you dont want to think about how bad you feel, so replace that with something that feels good. 'Comfort food' is good too, like icecream or chocolate.
