t take them rather than try a student vit bc the vitamin itself is usually the culprit. Be careful with gummy vit bc they often dint have iron so worthless. Nature made liquud gels are awesome! They are ranked very high with prenatals and have dha and omega-3.

Please don't be so hard on yourself. You were a good friend to Victoria. I didn't realize she was that ill. I think her mother was calling her. No one likes to feel their body failing and I am sure some of her feelings were due to her body failing her. I hope you are feeling better. Take care of yourself!

No the prenatal vitamins will not harm you when you're trying to have a baby. It says right on the bottle take prior to conception, during pregnancy and when breastfeeding.

I bought one more a size bigger because I know there still growing. I need to get atleast one more so I have two that I can wear right now. I checked out Target and didn't like anything they had tried on about 8 diffrent bras there.

Once the nausea stopped I started taking them everyday. The prenatal vitamins are more vital to your health than baby. Mainly because baby is taking all the vitamins your body ingests normally for itself so the prenatal vitamins give you that extra boost to support you AND baby. Folic acid is also really good to take to help your baby.

I made sure to at least eat a bowl of cream of wheat cereal in the mornings bc it has a lot of extra vitamins in it. Other than that I just had to keep trying the vitamins until my body kept em down again.
