Hi, just a couple of days ago I started to have this little pain on the bridge of the nose. It' feels like if after being hit on the nose or the same feeling when your nose is about to bleed. It's not so intense, actually the pain is subtle, but bothers me a lot. I had mononucleosis some months ago and when my throat was irritated I sort of felt this for a few seconds a few times and then it just vanished and now, after almost 4 months I have this.

I have been told by my dermatologist that I mostly have IGH but that I can wait for 3 months to make sure its not vitiligo. However, a couple of spots that have sprung up on my nose have been bothering me. They look as if they were formed after a pin sized instrument scalloped the skin. The hypopigmented spots are concave in nature and are very tine. When I stretch the skin, they do not change color and remain off-white. Can this be vitiligo or is this IGH?

This is more so with frontal sinusitis. Sinus infections can cause stuffiness of the nose with nasal blockage, which can make breathing through the nose difficult. You will need to consult your primary care physician for proper assessment. In the meantime practice good breathing exercises, humidify your room and do steam inhalations. i have a very very persistent sinus allergy. nose blocks all the time over a year now and getting worse! i have been prescribed all this **** and none of it seems to work. all i have is my nose that gets blocked so often that i have to breathe with mouth and also have a permanent sore throat. currently in indiana. If someone can give me professional advice or recommend a specialist it would be appreciated!!! As i think my condition keeps getting worse.

t feel anything weird about me except the nose bleed that is annoying and the bleeding is only from my left nose. My nodule is on my left also.
