I also have other entrapment symptoms, ulnar ,and I think in my legs as well. Sometimes I get a burst of nerve pain in my arms and legs a few minutes after using the Flovent and it also causes some tendon swelling. Avatar n tn Beta-blockers can be contraindicated with asthma..but I have asthma too and have been on atenolol (a beta-blocker) for 7 years. I'm not familiar with either of the meds you are on, but I take an inhaled steroid daily for my asthma and albutero (now Proair) for breakthrough asthma. The Proair affects my PVC's and PAC's. I also believe my hormones make my heart palps a lot worse. Cycle time for me is an absolute nightmare. As Jerry said, you should see about getting a monitor.

Avatar f tn Within days of stopping the flovent again the rash was back, even worse than the first time. I strongly suspect that the flovent (or I should say stopping the flovent) is the cause of the rash and that the use of the flovent supresses it. The pediatrician had not heard of this and subsequently referred us to a dermatologist. I know if will take several weeks to get an appointment with the dermatologist.

663470 tn?1243207890 I have always thought I have had asthma, and I've always had an albuterol inhaler. I've always been active in exercising, so I don't think I'm out of shape. I'm 17 now and I just recently had very severe episodes where I can't breathe at all. I've had asthma attacks before and been to the ER and have been put on Advair, Prednizone*, and other medications, but none have lasted this long for this long of a time.
