I think flomax is bad it causes tiredness. maybe it causes permanent exhaustion and muscle weakness?

Those are real concerns, though. My dad took Flomax, and definitely had the dizziness issue, which is a result of blood pressure changes. He was 30+ years older than you, and had prostate cancer, so your experience may be very different.

The Flomax-like effect of the 50,000 IU biweekly dose of Vitamin D seems to taper off about day 12 or 13 of the two-week cycle. When I see my doc (an endocrinologist) in 3 weeks, I plan to explain all this and ask if the Vitamin D dose can somehow be split into weekly doses or doubled up to 50,000 IU weekly. I have been on this medicine (together with a double dose of Flomax) for the past two years. Flomax can reduce the amouht of seman that you produce. It would be unusual though to have this production reduced down to zero unless the man was ejaculating very often. In general terms Flomax is a useful medication with very few side-effects..

We are just guessing that the way Flomax works by relaxing muscles is causing these effects. (Could the enlarged prostate end up pressing even more on muscles?? He takes 5 mg blood pressure med and he takes Flomax daily. When he first started taking Flomax; which he needs to be able to urinate or as he says to keep his plumbing working, anyway, he would have dizzy spells. Are you taking Flomax for prostate issues? Flomax works by relaxing the muscles in the bladder and prostate, which leads to improved flow of urine and fewer symptoms of BPH. It indeed can have side effects like you describe. https://www.healthline.com/health/enlarged-prostate/flomax-side-effects#side-effects It's a relatively low percentage of patients, less than 4% that have these types of side effects but none the less, that could be going on for you.
The urge frequency was sometimes unbearable!! Anyhow started on Flomax, and in just one day noticed the frequency (6-8x day to 4x) and urgency diminished.
If no BPH...how is the Flomax working???

My neurologist recently put me on a Detrol LA for a week, then had me add Flomax. I noticed a slight improvement with the Detrol, but when I added the Flomax things urinary got dramatically better. But, shortly after starting the Flomax, I discovered that I did not produce any ejaculate! Not that sex is a big thing with me (staying upright while standing takes precidence), but it is still an important part of life (if only rarely).
