I am so excited to tell you about what worked for me. And there are no gimmicks, pills, powders, etc...just real food. It's called LCHF, and it is based on low carb, moderate protein and high fat way of eating. Best part is that no calorie counting, eat until full. Also, it canceled my cravings and I no longer snack anymore.
