A complete clinical evaluation and work up is important for correct diagnosis and management of your condition. Few conditions which can be associated with fever and high SGPT are viral fever, hepatitis, infectious mononucleosis, enteric fever. It is suggested to see a physician and get a physical examination done. Refrain from alcohol and avoid fried fatty foods. You will need investigations for enteric fever, hepatitis C, B, and E. Also get a sonography of the abdomen done.
The only solution I found was to not take any enteric coated medications. However in your case the Oxycontin is not actually enteric coated. It is designed for slow release and that may be the problem. I beleive in another post you expressed the concern that your medications were not effective in controlling your pain. They can't be if they are not being absorbed properly. Your discovery of a this gooey substance may have hit upon the reason. It makes perfect sense.
I did not have any pain in my testicles or fever or anything though. My only symptoms were a small bit of white liquid discharge from my penis the first time I peed in the morning, and slight slight pain the first pee of the day.
For treatment they gave me intravenous antibiotics as well as......antibiotics injected into my bladder through a catheter, the most painful experience in my life.
I developed a cold 8 weeks ago runny nose, lots of phlegm in my cough but the cough felt contained to my throat, never in my lungs. I checkeed with thedoctor with test report of urinalysis and blood CBC. In Urine,they found WBC of 33 and no bacteria..Gave me ofloxacin for 1more week.
I checked with a dermatologist and they said there was no rash or red spots in the penis

Over this time I have taken azithromizing one dose, metronidizole one dose, nitrofuaretoin low dose for 5 days, oxytetracycline 7 days and have just been given ofloxacin 7 days and aciclover 5 days at same time to cover hsv a uti and prostatis.
Any comments on my treatment as I feel like the doctors could just be throwing antibiotics at me?
Would could it be? Yeast? Mycoplasma? Uti? Prostatis? Herpes?
Could I be having a first hsv outbreak about 10 years after I may have unknowingly caught it?

5 days back, I had a very low grade fever (99.4 deg F) for 3 days.
We can't give taper schedules here; it's against the rules. Your doctor can help you with tapering off. However, as a general rule, when tapering, the slower the better. As you cut back, wait at least a few days at the dose you cut to until you're table. If you have w/d symptoms, you're tapering too fast.
CT is awful. When I wanted to get off to see where my real pain is, I tapered (off a lot of stuff.) Tapering can be hard since you can have withdrawals symptoms.
Long term steroid eye use like long term steroid use by pill form makes side effects almost inevitable. In the eye it includes cataracts, glaucoma and increased risk of fungus infections.
I'm a 40 year-old American living in Thailand. A few months ago I had unprotected sex with a female coworker. About 10-12 days later I noticed a burning sensation in the tip of my penis (it felt similar to when soap gets in the urethra). The burning intensified over the next few days.
