I do know the meds can cause that and I think they eventually adjust. Does the Vet know the cause! I really have no experience with seizures in any of my animals,thank goodness, but there have been those on the forums that have. Hope some of them will see this and respond. Do a search to see if you can find past discussions.

I have been having drowsiness since past 4 months, sometimes with and without nausea. I have got my MRI of the brain, certain blood tests which were normal. one of the doctors diagnosed is as muscle spasm but i am so confused whats going on. please help me!

increase in blood pressure, headaches,nervousness and possibly death. will cause drymouth,drowsiness,dizziness,constipation,and sedation. i used this when i went cold turkey( 37 day clean) it really helped alot with the anxietyand nervousness. just dont drink any alcohol with it it takes away the strenght of the clonidine no more than 900 mcg daily for detox of opiates and methadome and for the alcohol and the benzos. hope this helps feel free to ask! if you dont ask you dont find out right!
I have always struggled with migraines and now I am trying to get pregnant. Does anyone have experience with using Zomig or one of the other Triptan medications during pregnancy? What was your experience like? Tylenol is not working for me.
I take Imitrex, there is also Zomig. The codeine will DEFINITELY cause rebound headaches. I have had both, and they are both just as painful!! But once I was off the pain meds, I had no more headaches. It wasn't until years later I started getting migraines with aura and vomiting. I got very addicted to my pain meds. Vicodin, Norco, etc. I didn't know how to stop so I went to a clinic and they put me on methadone. Now I am trying to get off that 5 years later.
This is a serious question. I have looked online quite a bit for the answer to my problem, but I have always found the exact opposite: drowsiness CAUSING erections. I am 20, 6'5'' 180lbs. I have this problem, it doesn't happen every single time but it happens enough for me to be concerned about it, when I get an erection I get immediately drowsy; as if someone shot me with a tranquilizer dart.
I started taking it last night around 11pm and it is now 4pm the next day and the drowsiness has not worn off yet. I was on 15 mg of Remeron about 4 years ago and I don't remember the drowsiness being this bad! I know that it will take a while for my body to adjust to it but I'm not sure I can't wait that long. I am so out of it that I could not leave the house today. I'm dizzy so and am having trouble with my coordination so I'm afraid to drive.
s those headaches where the Zomig does nothing. For those headaches, I use Imitrex Injection. It works almost immediately, but the side-effects will knock me out for at least half an hour after using it. Like most people who experience side-effects with Imitrex, I get a rash, a racing heart beat and a feeling of heaviness in my chest (like asthma).
And very importantly it does take communication between you and your doctor so that he does understand how all of this is affecting you.
I think that it is good to worry (slightly) about anything you take. People who take meds without understanding what is going on are really open for anything to happen. I do have the feeling that you are still a bit unsure as to why you are taking the ritalin and its possible effects on you.
After some time of taking zomig nearly everyday I had to resort to syndol again. The side effects of zomig are not pleasant at all and drain all my energy and are too expensive to take everyday. The syndol seemed to be working but after a while they kind of stopped working again but was again addicted.
I have lost hope of my headache problem ever being solved. I cannot stand all this pain and drugs. One way or another I feel sick all times of the day with no exaggeration whatsoever.
Why are the side affects of antidepressants sleepiness drowsiness and weight gain? So, I’m supposed to get better from sleeping all day and having no motivation with medication that has these side effects? It makes no sense! They should prescribe Adderall for people who are depressed...
Ive thought that i have develped asthma for a few weeks now because ive been extremely short of breath and had a tight chest. I also notice that it gets worse around my cat or smoke. Also,apprantly my dr agreed because he prescribed me an inhaler.
