I get like this the minute i get pregnant, for me its my blood sugar dropping and then if i eat the wrong things (cookies or sugar sodas, i feel sick from the high glucose. I have been tested for diabetes and i don't have it. But i bought a glucometer to test my sugar and i definitely see a huge fluctuation in sugar levels when i feel like this. My doctor said that maybe when i pregnant i am more sensitive.

have you check your insulin after using metformin im sure your levels are much lower right now , i assume your doctor dont see any risks in your case thats probably why acts lightheartedly , ( good BMI +metformin + good diet = low risk unless you have close relatvie with diabetes ) i think best thing is check it again just to put your mind at ease , i wil ask mine aswell since my doctors wasnt good to comunicate either and they only made me more confused each visit , first one who diagn

{my mom said i was most likely a preemie because before me and my brother she had surgery suppose to be on ovaries and they messed up and did something else to uterus and she was told she never be able to carry full term} The only thing i had wrong with me was a heart murmur that went away and breathing issues in which my parents had to bring a machine home for awhile to help me breathe and learn CPR, i was hospitalized for almost 6 months. i also needed blood transfusions as infant.

Hey ladies, I went in for my appt the other day (I'm 26 weeks) and when the dr measured me I was measuring 30 weeks! Anyone have a 4 week difference in due date and measurements? I'm scheduled to have another u/s in a few weeks to see if she is really that big! The doctor didn't seem too concerned. Didn't know if this was a normal occurance or not. I remember measuring maybe a week, week and a half big with my 1st dd but not 4!

I would suggest you ask your doctor what blood sugar range he would like you to be in and what you could do to be in better control.

But... many people who have diabetes can manage this side-effect with proper exercise and by experimenting with their family doctors or their diabetes specialists to find a type of insulin (there are many different types) that does not have noticeable side effects or maybe has tolerable side-effects. I went to the My Dr. appt. Today And they Gave me my Glucose Tolarence Test Results, and it looks like I Have Gestational Diabetes (GD). It's Been Very Hard To Keep A Great Diet In This pregnancy. Does anyone else have GD and are having a Hard Time with this? I'm 27 weeks. With My last pregnancy I did so good didn't gain any weight, and with this pregnancy I've already gained almost 20lbs.

i would go and see your doctor donna, another of your posts said something bout stabbing pains in the chest and back and abdo pain...that combined this could be any number of things. scabies is very easy to pass around, you can get it so simply and it is annoying as hell.
