ve tried 3 different kinds of prenatal vitamins, but they all make me sick. The first ones I tried were
vegan ones, but the taste and size made it hard to swallow. I tried gummies, hoping it'd be easier to keep them down, but they were still making me sick. I asked my doctor and she told me it could be the fish oil in them. I went back to vegetarian ones in liquid form, but the taste makes it hard to keep down. Do you guys have any suggestions for other ones I should try?
