My doctor said I could take robitusson DM for cough & cold & mucinex DM for congestion buy only if it was that bad also vicka works magic rub it on your chest behind your ears but only if you don't plan on going out once you aplly it. Even some honey & lime tea!

Thank you! I went to the ER and they just gave me mucinex and tessalon which I already had and has done nothing! I've been drinking tea and honey like crazy! Only thing that does help is a hot shower but as soon as I get out, I start coughing again! I hate that it depends on the doctor because when the nurse was explaining the prescriptions he said if I wasn't pregnant, I could have got Tylenol with codeine, but last time I was pregnant I got Tylenol 3 for my back!

My nova scotia duck tolling retriever has been coughing on and off for years. Sometimes it brings up phlegm; other times not. We know she has allergies to ragweed, grass, weeds, flaxseed.
