Is it normal for me to have small contractions this early in my pregnancy im only 35 weeks and 3 days im only have 1 to 3 contractions but they r very small contractions where it doesnt really hurt me that much but thats the question i wanted to ask if it is just normal for me to have contractions this early

I was just wondering if you can have symptoms before your water breaks. I get feelings in my vagina that feel like something is going to come out, or like I'm going to go pee. But I don't. It happens a lot in the bathtub. I'm 1cm dilated, I dunno how much % I'm effaced though. But the last 3 days I've been having NON-consistant contractions, they are every 3-5 minutes, pretty intense. A lot of menstrual cramps, and a lot of cramps in my inner thighs.

My last pregnancy was 10yrs ago, and I don't remember having any contractions. I keep hearing that I'll know when I have one, Braxton Hicks or real labor, because my stomach will tighten. Can someone please be a little more descriptive?

Hey im 26 weeks and having contractions the last few nights i know that these can be common but are they caused by doing to much and maybe pushing ur body to far or just another pregnancy symptom

I felt nothing my first pregnancy! Even when I was induced the small tightings/contractions at the start I didn't feel. I'm currently 36 weeks and get the worst braxton hicks ever I'm crying I'm in so much pain at least 3 times a week.

i would ask my Dr if that could be a factor for you, because after an iv or two the contractions completely went away! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!

In pregnancy there found uterine contractions that are regular rhythmical ( Braxon-Hicks)but before the labor these are weak and gets stronger and stronger as labor starts.

How far a long were u guys before you started having braxtion contractions? what did they fell like? I been have a pain off and on all day. It's just more of a Unncomfortable pain.

i did my first pregnancy all normal ..didnt hurt as much only afterward . But it all depends on your contractions...

Does the pain come in waves? Time them if so, and follow the 5 1 1 rule...5 times the waves come if they last more than 1 minute each over 1 hour, go into L&D. If its not, It could be round ligament pain. That seems to be worse than any round ligament pain you go through earlier in the pregnancy. I am not sure exactly how it feels due to having extra pain from a softball sized fibroid. I get a lot of that feeling constantly and have most of the pregnancy.

How far along are you?? If its very early in your pregnancy you should go. If you are approaching your due date soon then wait for the labour to start or they will just send you back home.

36 weeks pregnant and been having contractions for about 3 weeks now. I was in pre term labor according to the hospital, but wasn't dilated (3 weeks ago). But, been having any where from 8-15 contractions a day, cramps, diarrhea (tmi sry), and fatigue. I am a scheduled c section so doc doesn't want me dilating past 3. But haven't been checked in 3 weeks.... Idk what to do. I've did the whole laying on left side and drinking plenty of fluids... They are so annoying.. Anyone else??

Ladies this is my second pregnancy, im 32 weeks, going 33, but with my first I didn't experience any labor pain because I had an emergency c section at 36 weeks, but now im experiencing some lower back pain, i feel it like twice yesterday and once this morning, it feels like my back is gonn open, is that a contraction?

Braxton hicks contractions are usually painless until u get to last few wks of pregnancy then u can get period pain/cramps with them.

this is my third pregnancy and im thinkin bout doin it natural this time... anybody else? im nervous my other two pregnancy had a epidural.....

for moms who have given birth already or experienced labor contractions. What do the first real contractions feel like ? Like does it hurt and will I know when it's an actual contraction? And will it come out of no where ?

Thats like my last pregnancy except I had painless contractions an was at a 3 before I felt anything. I havent been checked yet this pregnancy (39w5d). I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to get checked out and schedule an induction. So we will see.

so i am dialeted at one cm and having constant horrible contractions doctors are not doing. anything.. my last pregnancy i had a emergency csection. has anyone else been in this situation and what happened. .

How far along are you? Could be Braxton hicks contractions or real contractions. I hope the drs get back to you soon. If they are really bad and close together I would go to the hospital to get checked especially if you don't hear from the drs soon.
