I googled strattera and zoloft and most of what i found says that it is ok to take them together. (you should also do the same, so you can see what I read).
Not sure where you read about the chocolate, but that would be news to me. She really shouldn't be consuming enough tea or coffee at her age to make any difference. But that is something to ask your doctor.
You can google concerta and strattera and see the comparisons. There is a difference.

I have stopped prozac as well.. I was on it from 2006-2008 after switching from Zoloft ( it pooped out) In the spring of 2008, I began having hot flashes and heart palpitations. I was 39 at the time, so I thought it may be perimenopause. I also was having light/scant menstrual cycles. I did, however, add strattera to the mix which may have caused problems ( Strattera and Prozac are chemical cousins and sometimes don't play well together) I added the strattera under my pdocs supervision.

I was on zoloft for about a month and was pleased with the way it stabalized my terrible mood swings and anger. It basically numbed my emotions and made it easier to get up and go to work, school, etc. without having bursts of anger or tears for no apparent reason. Although it helped the mood swings, I still felt no motivation to do anything and felt even more fatigued than ever before. My biggest original problem was my drive and motivation.
My 9 yr old daughter has anxiety. It has gotten so bad this school year that she is missing school. The majority of her anxiety revolves around the fear of throwing up. It is almost every day at school lunch. She starts feeling nauseas as soon as she wakes up in the morning because she is worried about lunch. She checks the expiration date on everything before she eats because she is scared of eating something expired and throwing up.
Parker at CorePsyc and asked about the possibility of an interaction between the strattera and the zoloft. Doubt that he answers emails over the weekend, but we will see if he gets back to me.
Does your little guy do better if he has lots of physical activity. Many times that can be very helpful. And by that I mean to run him as much as possible.
Oh, do let the OT know what meds he is now on as that might effect things.
I've been prescribed adderall for the past 4 years, I currently take 75mg per day. A couple months ago my Dr. started me on strattera in conjunction with my adderall. I have not noticed any improvement in my ability to concentrate or remain organized since starting the strattera, however my anxiety is gone and I am finally happy.
A couple weeks ago my Dr. left and I was given a "temp" to take her place.

so he reffered me to a p doc i am now on zoloft 150/naltraxone 50mg/Trileptal 900 mg/stelazine 6mg/cogentin 0.5 /inderol 60mg and now just started strattera...am i being over medicated?the dr told me that im on low doses is that true?....i was wondering if strattera will work for me in the future...
My doctor has me on welubturon 150mg, strattera 25mg and klonopin 1mg. The klonopin for sleep. I love the way the other two make me feel throughout the day. Focused, happy. However, I work for a gym and my physical abilities are very important as they are my job. Ever since I've started the strattera, I'm only able to give about 60% and I still feel flu'ish. Weak, sick, cold sweats. That's not me. They want me to try this for three weeks.

Then, about 2 ½ years ago I had a near-psychotic meltdown, mostly about the devil and evil spirits, and was diagnosed with OCD and prescribed Anafranil and Zyprexa, which helped with the irrational thinking and obsessive thoughts a little. Between now and then, I have been diagnosed with OCD, Social anxiety disorder, GAD, major depressive disorder, ADHD, and most recently, aspergers/high functioning autism.
(1) The Strattera success rate is not as high as stimulants to control ADHD (2) When there is a side effect with Strattera the risk is much higher of how serious the side effect will be due to the fact that this med impacts the liver and also the lawsuits seem to be much more serious than the lawsuits for stimulants. My husband decided that we should not change to Strattera.

I've taken Zoloft on and off 3 times in the past 4 years. The first was for post-partum depression during which time I was on it for about 5 months before tapering off. After I stopped it, it hit me again within 4 months and was much worse, so I went back on Zoloft to 50mg. I stayed on it for about 8 months until I found out i was pregnant at which time I stopped. Again, within 4 months, I felt the depression/anxiety again and went back on Zoloft, this time to 75 mg.
I'm no scientist, but since I take Zoloft and Codeine, along with some other medicines, I know a little bit about their effects from reading and experience, and so I can tell you that getting a little sleepier is all that happens when combining your two drugs. They do not drain some imaginary tank of dopamine or serotonin or anything else like that. Some illegal drugs do, specifically Ecstacy used long-term can damage the brain and this can be seen in an MRI, and Meth can flatten emotions.
Started Prevacid and also Strattera for ADD. We were able to wean off of the Prevacid and just stick to Strattera, as our peds thinks the Strattera helps him with the anxiety related to the GERD, and therefore he had no complaints of symptoms of GERD. In March we went off of the Strattera, and within 4 weeks the symptoms of GERD re-appeared ( Not eating, coughing, feeling like something is caught in his throat.) We went back on Strattera and Prevacid.
I am currently on zoloft 75 mg. I have felt less of a sex drive lately and have had just a blah feeling all the time. Although I am not stressed as much, I feel like I am lacking emotion and the desire for sex. I am going to go to the doctors soon, but is there any anti-depressants that do not effect your sex drive?
Whenever a doctor prescribes a medication for a child, the parent would do well to investigate its side effects of the medication. ADD medications can be very nasty, and that includes Strattera.
In a case like this I would definitely investigate alternative medicine for the treatment of your child. The answer may be acupuncture which has no side effects. Do whatever works.
I am a 24 year old female and began taking Strattera 6 or 7 months ago. It seemed effective at first, but was wearing off so we increased from 80mg to 100mg a little over a month ago. A few weeks ago, within minutes of swallowing the pill, my heart began to hurt very, very badly (my throat, too) that basically incapacitated me from doing anything and left me trying to vomit it out. This chest pain lasted for about 1.5 hours.
