Im not sure if it would help but have you tried
clonidine, maybe some melatonin or l-tryptophan
for sleep. I took 3-5mgs of melatonin at night and it would allow me to get a few hrs of sleep. The clonidine can help with your blood pressure and the overall jitters. The one other thing is excercise, I know thats probably the last thing you want to do, but even a brisk walk can help calm you down.
